Softer Ground is a small-group somatic coaching program built around the most transformative pieces of nervous system work I do in 1:1 sessions — made accessible in a container that holds you alongside other women who understand exactly what you're carrying.
This isn't a course you fall behind on. It's a circle you show up to. We go at the pace of your nervous system, not a content calendar.

WHAT WE MOVE THROUGH TOGETHER

We begin by mapping your nervous system — where she spends most of her time, what her defaults are, and how her rhythms shift across your cycle. This is the foundation everything else builds on. You leave this session with a map that's entirely your own.
Mapping her cyclical nature

Your nervous system communicates through sensation, emotion, impulse, and thought. In this session, you begin to decode what she's been saying, and why listening to her is the most efficient thing you can do for your own wellbeing.
Learning her language
This is the session that tends to change things at a root level. We gently separate who you are from the patterns your nervous system learned and open up space for a version of yourself that isn't defined by how much she can hold.

Cyclical energy expresses itself in every layer of the body — the food she asks for, the movement she needs, the archetypal energy at work beneath it all. This session brings your nervous system, your nourishment, and your movement into conversation with each other. Not rules. A rhythm. One that is entirely, specifically yours.
Feminine archetypes, nutrition, and movement
The layer of self-criticism that sits on top of dysregulation is often what keeps women stuck the longest. We practice witnessing our own systems without the shame, creating the internal safety that makes everything else possible.
Practicing non-judgment
We close the way somatic work is meant to close, together, in reflection. What has shifted. What you're taking with you. Where you go from here. This session is a beginning as much as it is an ending.

I’m Daniela — holistic health coach with specialized training in somatics for the female nervous system, and someone who spent 17 years in a high school classroom watching what chronic stress does to a body over time.
I know what it looks like to hold everything together on the outside while struggling inside. I know the particular exhaustion of being the person everyone else comes to. And I know what it feels like when the tools you've been given don't reach the root.
Softer Ground was built because I kept meeting women who were ready for something deeper. Who understood, on some level, that the path forward wasn't another productivity system or mindset hack — it was learning to work with the system they were already in.
This work changed my life in a way that thinking about it never did. I built this program so it can do the same for you.

Not at all. Softer Ground is designed to meet you exactly where your system is — whether you're brand new to this work or have been circling it for years. Session one starts with mapping, which means we begin with what's true for you right now, not where you think you should be.

Every session is recorded, so you won't lose access to the material. That said, the live container is a meaningful part of this program — the relational safety of being in the room with other women is itself part of how the nervous system heals. Showing up live as much as possible is encouraged.

A course delivers content. Softer Ground is live, relational, and responsive to what's actually happening in the room. Somatic work doesn't happen through information alone; it happens in the body, in real time, in the presence of another nervous system that's regulated. That's what this is built around.

I hear this often, and I want to gently offer this: the nervous system that's struggling doesn't get less taxed as life gets busier. It gets more taxed. July is actually one of the better times to begin this work — before the demands of fall ramp up, when there's a small window of relative peace. This program is designed to fit into your life, not require you to step outside it.
